1. Overview

AIFLUX (operated by VALKYRIA STUDIO SRL) uses cookies and local storage technologies to collect certain information about your online activity when you use our Service. These technologies enable us to provide essential functionality, improve your experience, and deliver more relevant content and services.

You may disable non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings or by using the controls available on this page. Refusing optional analytics or marketing does not prevent you from using the core Service.

2. Types of cookies

A cookie is a small text file that may be placed on your browser or in the storage on your device. There are two main types:

• Session cookies — normally disappear when the browser session ends. The lifetime of each cookie actually used by AIFLUX, including its authentication cookie, is specified below.
• Persistent cookies — remain on your device even after you close your browser, until they expire or are manually deleted. They are used to remember your preferences across visits.

Both AIFLUX and third-party service providers may set cookies via the Service.

4. Other storage technologies

AIFLUX also uses localStorage, sessionStorage and IndexedDB on your device to support the creation tools:

• Creation settings, prompt drafts, selected projects and interface preferences
• Generation queue references, Studio depth-map references and saved Factory workflows
• Uploaded reference media and image data in IndexedDB, so supported tools can restore their inputs after a refresh
• Short-lived Repeat data in sessionStorage, cleared when consumed, on account changes or logout, and rejected after five minutes
• A local signal that synchronizes cookie preferences between open tabs; the consent cookie remains authoritative

Local creation data has no general automatic expiry. It remains until the relevant tool replaces or clears it, you clear this site's browser data, or the browser removes it. Signing out does not erase all saved drafts and media from your device. Factory folder selections and processing queues remain temporary for the open page. Clearing browser data can remove drafts and references that have not been saved elsewhere.

Product analytics (PostHog) are activated only after explicit user consent (see Section 5). You can decline optional analytics and continue using the creation tools.

Some third-party providers may set their own cookies when you interact with their services through AIFLUX:

Analytics cookies (consent required)

Analytics cookies are activated exclusively with user consent. The PostHog script is not even loaded in the browser until the user accepts analytics cookies.

6. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies do not require user consent under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018) and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021.

For non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing), AIFLUX will request your explicit consent before activation, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC.

You may withdraw your consent at any time using the controls in the “Manage your preferences” section below, or via the cookie banner displayed on every page of the site.

7. Consent data retention

AIFLUX keeps a record of consent choices to document what was chosen and which notice version applied. This server-side record is separate from the 390-day preference cookie. These records:

• Are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of recording
• Contain the chosen action and categories, notice version, date, hashed session identifier, IP address and browser user-agent; for signed-in users they also include the account identifier
• Are personal data, not anonymous records
• Are not used for profiling or marketing purposes
• Are automatically deleted when the retention period expires

Important notice: refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent core use of AIFLUX. If you disable essential technical cookies, the Service may not function properly (for example, you will not be able to log in).

AIFLUX does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for their interpretation.

Information about the cookies and similar technologies used by AIFLUX may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to check this Cookie Notice on a regular basis for any changes. If material changes are made, we will update the effective date above and, if necessary, request your consent again.
