AIFLUX (operated by ForgeAISolution) uses cookies and local storage technologies to collect certain information about your online activity when you use our Service. These technologies enable us to provide essential functionality, improve your experience, and deliver more relevant content and services.

In addition to cookies, AIFLUX uses HTML5 Local Storage to store data locally on your device for purposes similar to cookies, including:

• User interface preferences (theme, creation settings)
• Temporary gallery of generated images (client-side)
• Local copy of cookie preferences for faster retrieval

AIFLUX does not use web beacons, pixel tags, device fingerprinting, or advertising tracking technologies. Product analytics (PostHog) are activated only after explicit user consent (see Section 5).

Analytics cookies (consent required)

Analytics cookies are activated exclusively with user consent. The PostHog script is not even loaded in the browser until the user accepts analytics cookies.

6. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies do not require user consent under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018) and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021.

For non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing), AIFLUX will request your explicit consent before activation, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC.

You may withdraw your consent at any time using the controls in the “Manage your preferences” section below, or via the cookie banner displayed on every page of the site.

7. Consent data retention

In accordance with Art. 7(1) of the GDPR, AIFLUX maintains an anonymous record of consent choices made by users in order to demonstrate compliance. These records:

• Are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of recording
• Contain only anonymized data (hashed session identifier, action chosen)
• Are not used for profiling or marketing purposes
• Are automatically deleted when the retention period expires

AIFLUX does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for their interpretation.
